Sooo many holdings.... Why don't you consolidate / concentrate your portfolio???
I can understand your question. But since I started investing, one of my main goal was to diversify my assets as much as possible. I feel safe investing this way, my money is more protected. For me, the more I diversify, the more my assets are protected. I had been able to achieve results that I am very satisfied of this way. So my list will just get longer and longer year after year after year... lol :) But true you can achieve good result with a more consolidate portfolio, but that wouldn't be me.
HI Sunny thank you so much for your letter and how informative it was. i only have two funds to start with as i do have mutual funds and GICS. however i think one must keep the principal money or your just paying yourself the dividends...the % on the principal by dividends are about 8% or so and that is good as long as your principal is solid or even for the better, some gained..
