No investment plan and Stockopedia is of no help (so far)

I am not currently at my super best - or at the best that I could be. It can be frustrating. The TSX is not stable enough to make me shine. My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $180 919.52, my TFSA at $78 321.60, and my RRSP portfolio at $39 158.322. My situation is stable for now. And surprise surprise, I am experiencing a gain of 2.37% on Nutrien Ltd (NTR). I can at least be happy with the fact that my TFSA and RRSP portfolio exceed the value of my latest portfolio update, which was back on June 20.

If you are interested, Susan Brunner had posted a review on my super Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH)! Its a postive review, in my sense. PBH is not among the most top stock of the moment, but chances are that it will generate more grow later on. Like I really miss that old $120+ value per share. I had been on top of the world for a little while, and I will be again soon.

I had been checking on Stockopedia for a new investment, but I didn't find anything exciting yet. I decided to use my upcoming paycheck to pay down my margin account. Not that its something that really matter to me. I find it quite over boring not to have my mind set on my next investment. The heat is not helping. I spent my evening at the gym, which is quite as boring as not having a next investment plan.

I don't enjoy the hot weather and I really have enough of it.

Watch out, my Toromont Industries Ltd. (TIH) shares are buring on the TSX

I came back last Sunday from my one week vacation in Cap-Pelé in New Brunswick. I had a really nice week and came back with the most gorgeous caramel tan ever. Cap-Pelé is a nice spot to spend your vacation for different reasons: its in New Brunswick, the best place in the world, there's the sea and you can swim in it!, you can eat lobster and seafood, Cap-Pelé is close to Prince-Edward Island and Fundy Bay (provincial park in New Brunswick), Cap-Pelé is also close to Moncton, if you feel like shopping, AND Parlee Beach - probably the hottest spot to get see, even with your old folks. Personally, one week of being a beach bum is enough to satisfy me. Lobster is not cheap you know.

And the fact is, I came back to Montreal right on time to see the Beach Boys concert on Monday evening! I was exhausted from my trip, and the weather was super hot, not I didn't really care. I had to see the Beach Boys, even if its an American band. I found the Beach Boys quite charming and really sweet. They seem all happy to be there on stage, even if this might be the thousand time they were performing... They still have good voices. Like Diana Ross, the Beach Boys sound the same as they were in their younger years. It was quite an experience to have the chance to see the Beach Boys. I think that my mom and her friends at home might be jealous of me... lol Actually, I had to receive something good for coming back to Montreal. I am the one who had to come back to the shit hole and I am the one who had to deal with Quebeckers. I took some cool videos of the Beach Boys, I will download them soon. And I also have nice pictures of Cap-Pelé to show off like the Queen that I am.

I had been able to pay off my little escapade at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal and my vacation in Cap-Pelé quite easily and I even have the usual 2k left in my bank account. This could be a good time for a new investment, especially knowing that this could be my last investment as a 37-year-old. I don't care about celebrating my 38 birthday - as long as I don't look like it. Some women my age look needs age, or even worst, look older.

To beat the heat in Montreal, I had discovered a register good beer: Red Strip. Its a beer made in Jamaica and it's really good. Its available at the SAQ. With this hot messy weather, a good Cuban Cristal Beer would be awesome, but I don't think they sell any here in Quebec. Got to go to Cuba. There's no better way to beat the heat than drinking a nice light beer.

My portfolio is not doing too bad. My non-registered portfolio close Friday session at $181 723.74, my TFSA at $77 905.05, RRSP at $38 990.16. My non-registered portfolio has everything it need to hit on the 185k quite easily, and some good stuff is going on. I am confident that  Aecon Group Inc. (ARE) will registered some gains sooner or later.  In the meantime, Toromont Industries Ltd. (TIH) decided to burn and quickly gain over 7%. I wasn't expecting less coming from this baby who had turned into a glorious dog and TIH is currently the proud of my portfolio so watch out.

So let's go sexy Toromont, show me what you got really deep inside. Please your hot mommy.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) still has a place in my heart, but does it belong still to my very good portfolio?

It was quite scary today when I stepped outside work. There was that big heavy dark smoke coming out from a building downtown Montreal. It was clearly coming from the right top of the roof. A strange way to start the weekend. I am just posting a quick little something because its going to be my last post for a little while and that's because I am leaving Montreal for a little while.

My non-registered portfolio closed today the session at $186 166.20, my TFSA portfolio at $77 650.70, and my RRSP (Stocks only) at $39 660.85 (its getting real close to the 40k). Everything seem to be just doing all right, at least for now. PBH is doing everything it can to keep me happy. Why not a $114 per share, PLEASE.

My non-registered portfolio is currently exceeding my "old" highest value ever. And during that time, the poor Queen has to drink tea with Donald Trump and Melania. I am just wondering if she's going to wear a Good Save the Queen t-shirt this time. Its now official, my favorite store, La Baie won't sell anymore Ivanka Trump clothes, which is a good thing knowing how difficult his father is with Canadians. However, its a bit sad because despite it all I really like Ivanka Trump clothes. I still have a few items of her line in my wardrobe, including a winter coat.

Believe it or not, its going to be super easy to get on the $240 000 net worth for the simple reason that a $232k net worth is just not enough. I would had like this to happen while having Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) in my portfolio, but because of Marc Cohodes. And lately I had been thinking, did I really let a miserable American lead my move and had the last word on me?

How is doing EIF now? Not too bad. Dividend is stable, but EIF trade value is lower than what it had been before Marc Cohodes attacked Exchange Income Corporation (EIF). Personally, I think EIF had value to move higher, but because of that bad man, EIF has problem to go to where it belong.

Americans are now well known for being kind of dumb people. They shouldn't have any negative impacts in any way on any stocks trading on the TSX. What Marc Cohodes did to Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) is beyond the imagination. Its terrible. And its like no one really care about what happen.

And one day, in a way or another, Marc Cohodes will pay.

This is how I am going to my vacations, fresh to the bones. Don't miss me too much because I won't.

Are you ready to win big on Savaria Corporation (SIS)? I know I am!

Summer is passing fast, but fortunately, there's still some of it left ahead, and it's exactly why you don't hear much of me these days. I am trying to lose weight before hitting on my vacation and getting hot on booze. ant to show me that I am perfect the way I am so thank you I am like the sexiest camel, but everything I need inside of me, and that include the best stocks. I currently have one of them, Savaria Corporation (SIS) which is holding on to a big secret. I am always checking on my very precious stocks and I am all on the TSX. All of my body is on it and I cannot afford for it go down. Currently, things are not too bad. Everything is working my way. Investors need to remain confident that we are sitting on gold. After all, we are in Canada. We should only care for ourselves. The TSX, that's only what really matters. But some people have a different way of thinking.

Gordon Pape is such an incompetent. The old man might be getting closer to Alzheimer disease because in time of distress, it's not exactly the good timing to scream, let me repeat his stupid words "Trump is not a bluffer on trade and that’s not the only thing investors should be worried about". Let's all panic and sell our investments, is that right? Donald Trump is impossible, bad mad man. You need to be an addict to the stock market to be investing in stocks these days. I am an addict and I am really really sick. When it comes to investment, many big jerks come among, saying whatever whenever and Gordon Pape is definitively one of those losers. I couldn't care less about him and what he has to say. I do not value his opinion.

Right now, I only want to know that I am investing in the best stock market on earth and that the best investor on the planet. The rest, Trump, getting worried, I just don't need that.

I am still sitting on about the same $232 000 net worth. No  NAFTA deal yet, but that doesn't stop my TSX to be successful. My non-registered portfolio is at $184 753.53, my TFSA at $77 429.93 and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) closed today session at $39 299.82.

If only my PBH shares could obey me and hit its old $120 per share, mommy would be in heaven and I could really easily hit on the $240 000 net worth right on time for my 38th birthday. Remember the date? That's being August 27th. This is an important date. As long as time doesn't do its dirty job on me, I have no problem with getting older.

After all, this, my secret is Savaria Corporation (SIS). SIS had been but on halt but I cannot hit big on this one. Go go go SIS and make rich and richer and richer.

The Dividend Girl visiting the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal

This is currently the sunset I see from my balcony. The sun is on fire and the weather is hot hot hot, but its easy to get alone with. You get use to the heat like you get use to the cold in winter. However, I was scared of the wave of heat coming in because of my asthma, but its not cauisng me any problem at all.And I was actually so scared that when learning that on July 1th, the weather was going to be +35C in Montreal, I decided to escape from it, at least for 2 little days.

While facing Montreal heavy heat, I decided to spend two days at the Hilton Bonaventure. They seem to have the perfect outside pool to beat up the heat, and they certainly has. They have a real nice pool and I totally forgot to take pictures of it, because I was real busy in and outside the pool. I am currently sweating like crazy in my one and half apartment with no air conditoner. And I certainly miss my magnificient bed and great air conditioning room I had at the Hilton Bonaventure!!

This was my room:

If there's 4 pillows, its simply because 4 people can sleep in this bed and I actually slept in it alone.

And the view was nice, I had a view over the Old Montreal:

July 1th was a busy day at the pool at the Hilton Bonaventure and I didn't get a long chair until late in the afternoon. A weird incident happen. A group of street punks looking kids, probably coming from Toronto came by. They were ok and quiet. A Chinese androgyn young lady with shave hair and a lot of tattos stopped by the bar  while I was waiting for my mojito - a mojito without mint by the way, but I wanted a mojito anyway. So that Chinese girl wasn't exactly weird but the wanted to leave her banking card at the bar, the barmaid told her to keep her card. I went back to my chair and began to read my magazines.

Suddenly, the punk kigs jumped in the swimming pool - but nothing nut. And there she was, the androgyn tattoos Chinese girl had jumped topless in the swimming pool. Not that she had big breats, but we could see that it was a she and not a he. Her and her buddies got quickly kicked out of the pool and it was looking like they were getting kicked out of the hotel took. The Chinese girl was crying. It was sad, but I don't understand why the girl decided to go topless in the pool!! Personally, I had weared my really expensive blue Ralph Lauren bathing suit bought at La Baie that let my boobs out, but I didn't get kicked out of the pool. and there were girls who were wearing bikini bottoms that didn't have that much bottom at all. Wearing a top or not, with a a bikini or full bathing suit leave really little to the imagination anyway. The boobs of the girl were not that disturbing. Someone should had asked her to put a top on and that's all. If I was tolarated with my blue Ralph Lauren bathing suit today, a topless woman is just a little step ahead.

Personally, I have real full marvelous C cup breats and if I go topless, men will only go crazy. Not that I don't want that to happen, don't get me wrong, but I want to keep my feminine charm under control.

You had the big picture of my little adventure at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal.

Other than that, I wasn't much impress with the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal. I pay $272 after taxes for one night: checkin at 3 pm and checkout at noon, but I could stay all day long at the pool and the hotel. The Quecker barmaid at the pool was grichy about fact that  they were missing sugar, that a guy didn't left tips etc., etc. etc. I don't understand how a Canadian 4 stars hotel can be missing some sugar and mint for mojito on Canada Day. Its like we were in Cuba or something like that.

For $272, I taught that breakfast was included, but it was extra. I ate breakfast this morning, it was a buffett breakfast and it cost me... $38!!!! Drinks were around $15 each, but that was expected, but a $38 fucking breaskfast at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal - and it was quite ordinary at the exception maybe of the presence of smoked salmon, I find the management quite cheap, but that's to be expected in Quebec. People are cheap here.

The next time I will go to the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal, I will go topless. Don't be happy too fast because that was just a little joke to beat out the heat. There won't be a next time for me at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal.
