My net worth is now at it's highest value EVER: $274,318.36!

This is what pure perfection look like. Don't be shy, you can certainly go take a look for yourself!

With a net worth at now $274,318.36, I am exceeding my highest value of back January by a cutie little $20.13. Still, it's quite great to be in the $274k net worth.

Hairdressing salons and stores, as well as museums are about to open in Montreal. My hair had grown a bit and for now it's tolerable. I am letting them grow for now. I had them quite short for the past I don't know exactly how many years now so I wouldn't mind a little change. It’s my way to help save up some money at the same time. Usually, I like to get a hair cut every 2-3 months. I don't plan to go shopping. As for museums, I find it quite dangerous to visit museums at this time, to be walking around close by you know who that may or may not have the COVID... No thank you. Here in Montreal, I am pretty sure I will get the COVID if I do indoor activities among other people, or if I am in a line up with other people...

I now have $3,733.33 in savings. It's slowly growing. I would like to have at least a good 5k in savings, and eventually, a good 10k would be more than welcome. This pandemic had been really great for my personal finances.

TFI International Inc. (TFII) is still going strong and trade in the $90 per stock. It seems to me like $90 per stock is the new normal for TFII stocks. The results on my TFSA portfolio are awesome. Aphria Inc. (APH) made interesting gains again today, +12.46%. A new comer over the TSX, TELUS International (Cda) Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (TIXT). TIXT gains +30.13% today. It's going to be interesting to watch TIXT at the opening tomorrow morning, to see if the title will lose a bit or what. Usually, big gains like that are followed by some losses. Sometimes, it’s OK to sit down and just watch the show before doing anything. The best thing while investing in stocks is that you can do as you wish, you are the boss. At the present time, TIXT doesn't seem to be paying any dividend. It will be interesting to see how this one do over the TSX for the next couple days.

At now $2,123.6782, Ethereum CAD (ETH-CAD) is trading in its highest value ever. Chances are that The Ether Fund Class A units (QETH.U) is going to open on a higher value tomorrow morning. I don't hold to any QETH.U units in my non-registered account, but I like watching.

  1. So, just out of curiosity, over all these years of investing, and seeing you keep such a great and steady hand on things. I would like to ask this question:

Feb 3, 2021,the market value of total assets is 322,236.52. What is the book cost of these assets? 50,000? 100,000? 200,000? 350,000?

    Regards,
