Getting ready to say goodbye to Nutrien Ltd. (NTR)

Another really difficult day for the TSX, as well as for the American markets. My non-registered portfolio close the day at $171 345.34, my TFSA portfolio at $76 123.63, and my RRSP portfolio, stocks only, at $37 643.49. Its a tough situation, but hard times are always the best time to have a good hard look at yourself.... In my case, I am sitting my pretty assets on a big fat margin of over $98 000. That's borrowed money that I don't own. And owning a big fat margin is quite dangerous these days. Fact is, we could be in for more difficult days to come.

In the old days, I just adore my Agrium stocks, I made a great deal of money when Nutrien Ltd. (NTR) was Agrium. I am currently on a little capital gain on NTR and I find that this is just the really perfect time to sell NTR and pay down my margin. I am also looking forward to sell a few other stocks of my non-registered portfolio: Saputo Inc. (SAP), and BCE Inc. (BCE). This will help to reduce my margin and I really have no problem with selling those 3 stocks.

Now, selling stocks inside a TFSA portfolio is quite nice because while doing so, you won't pay tax on the capital gain. Inside my TFSA, I have a few stocks which are in good position, with a capital gain: BMO, CHP.UN, FC, NA, NWC and CM. I don't really care about those stocks and I am thinking about selling them inside my TFSA, and after transferred the cash to my margin, to pay it off.

All together, the sell of those assets will hep to bring down my margin to $75 000, which is more better. I could even push it harder. In my investment life, I had invested in oil only because Derek Foster, in his early days, was holding to PPL, and ENF, and ENB. I am not that a fan of oil and I find it quite horrible for me to be an oil investor. Like if I would be a piece of shit or something even worst. The only problem is that I had recorded so far a lot of $$$ in term of capital gain on those stocks. So if I sell them, I will pay taxes on the capital gain, because I hold PPL, ENF and ENB in my non-registered portfolio.

I am still thinking, but its certainly clear for me that I am going to sell NTR tomorrow, and SAP, and BCE.

While waiting for the marijuana legalization, the TSX is not getting high

I hope you all had an Happy Thanksgiving investors! I spent mine in the beautiful New Brunswick and I had a nice time, look for yourself.

 Magic mushrooms ;-)

 Dinner is ready!

I saw a moose for the second time of my life. It was a female, as you can see, who quietly cross the road. When I saw her, I quickly got out of my dad truck and run to her, with my camera... And for a few seconds, the bitch look at me, I look at her, and it was like all the power of the woods was enveloping me. And trust me, I will need all the power available at my disposal to face the next coming days. It was a magical moment. Just look at me for a few seconds and left. On the other side of the road, a car was coming... But the moose was gone.

These days, the TSX is not exactly in good shape, and so is the NASDAQ. It's quite hard to be under the 16 000 points, and it's much harder when the TSX trade in the 15 500 points... The markets are facing some major sell-off because of some stupid, nervous investors. Please, don't be like them. This situation is disappointing, but it's not hopeless. And I am really proud to say that once again, this down market is not affecting me. My non-registered portfolio is trading at $173 847.89 (it's usually at 180k), my TFSA portfolio closed today session at $76 961.93 (it's usually at 80k), and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only), at $38 055.59 (it's usually at 40k). Yes, I am facing a major drop off, but it's not an excuse to panic, and there's always a bright side. For example, currently, Parkland Fuel Corp (PKI) is on an extraordinary gain. PKI gains today 5%, while the TSX as losing 2.12%. APH also made nice gain today.

Its always hard to invest when the market is down, but with time, the disturbance that comes with a down market is less and less (trust me), and deep inside, you'll find the courage to invest. Why? Because this is the time to make your money out of the stocks market. This is a good time to buy quality stocks at a cheap price. I built a big piece of my "fortune" by investing in stocks after the 2008 market crash and this is your opportunity to do exactly the same thing. BUT - invest using real cash, no margin. Don't know what to invest in? I am going to help you, just like usual. Right now, I am your best friend. Check out at the list of my really best stocks:

Canadian National Railway Co (CNR)
Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS)
Methanex Corporation (MX)
Fortis Inc. (FTS)
Corby Distilleries Limited (CDL.A)
Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH)
EnerCare Inc. (ECI)
TMX Group Inc. (X)
Savaria Corporation (SIS)

Emera Incorporated (EMA)
BCE Inc. (BCE)
Saputo Inc. (SAP)
CT Real Estate Investment Trust (CRT.UN)
Morneau Shepell Inc. (MSI)
Royal Bank of Canada (RY)
Andrew Peller Limited (ADW.A)
Canadian Imperial Bank Of Commerce (CM)
Toronto-Dominion Bank (TD)
Boyd Group Income Fund (BYD.UN)
Lassonde Inc. (LAS.A)
Park Lawn Corporation (PLC)
Northview Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (NVU.UN)
Morneau Shepell Inc. (MSI)
Toromont Industries Ltd (TIH)
Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAR.UN)
Berkshire Hathaway Inc. (BRK.B)
Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust (REF.UN)
WSP Global Inc. (WSP)
Jamieson Wellness Inc. (JWEL)
New Flyer Industries Inc. (NFI)
Parkland Fuel Corp (PKI)
CGI Group Inc. Class A Subordinate Voting Shares (GIB.A)

How to use this list? If you already hold to some bank stocks, go with something else, like PLC, or SIS. I also like TIH. I hold on to many great stocks in my portfolio, but this is a quick list to help you out. During those hard times, you can certainly count on the New Brunswicker that I am, but don't count on Jean-François Tardif and his JFT Strategies Fund (JFS.UN) to help you out, both the man and the fund are absolutely going nowhere.

While facing a down market, yes, your portfolio go down, but its part of the game. You need to be able to take that shit down and don't let the TSX get into to you and scare you. It's time to be strong like a warrior. And its also time to admire all the health built over the years. Personally, my PBH investment is still at +347%, my PPL, at +102%, etc... Because I started investing years ago, I am still in a good spot with my portfolio, but I am certainly not on top of my game right now.

While facing a big drop in your portfolio because of the TSX, you need to remain courageous. If you have some saving, invest in quality stocks. I have about 2k available, and your little favorite will do so, I just have to think about what I am going to invest in. And of course, I will let you know because right now, I am the best thing you got and you know it. I am like the little angel that is on earth to protect you and I just love you so much that you'll never know.

And this being said, it's important to keep busy during in a down market. Here are a few things that I do to keep busy that may help you as well:
-Check out your stuff, see what you don't use and put it on sell on Kijiji
-Clean your place
-Clean your closet, sell or give away the clothes you don't wear anymore
-Do your laundry
-Start a blog (so you can always try to beat me at my own game -we'll see what you can do)
-Cook a banana bread
-Go to the gym
-Listen to The Sopranos (I have a secret love crush on James Gandolfini, too bad he passed away a few years ago)
-Make a list of things you have to do
-Start thinking of your shopping for Christmas!
-If you have a smartphone, download Yahoo Finance and enter the stocks you own in your portfolio so you can give it a check while you are at a coffee shop

And I don't have any more ideas, for now, you get the picture. Just keep busy, and breathe. Now, I am really your best friend.

I now have a LG K4 cell phone and its about all for the big news

Life gets boring when the TSX herself is extremely overwhelming BORINGGGG.

I finally got a new cell phone, I bought an LG K4 at $120 and a memory card for it. It's quite easy to use. I guess I taught it was more complicated. That phone is basically like a little computer, but at a good price. I am with Chatr Mobile, which is a company own by Rogers. Chatr offers great plans and great phones at a good price. No need to spend several hundred on an iPhone. I don't own an iPhone, but I own an iPod which is practical when I am at the gym. iPhones are for idiots. Money is too precious to be spending whatever, whenever.

A new NAFTA deal with a new name had been reached, however, the TSX is not on high gains right now. The new agreement will need to be accepted by the Congress, but it's a simple formality. So why the TSX is not reacting positively? Personally, I think that the sweet baby is simply traumatized by months are hard negotiations and is simply in need of pure money love, and of a lot of care and attention before gaining points. With this going on, my non-registered portfolio closed today session at a low $179 746.83, my TFSA portfolio at $79 196.38, and my RRSP portfolio, stocks only, at
$39 564.21.

Currently, the only fun thing going on is that I have $398.90 in cash inside of my TFSA, that amount is coming from dividend distribution. I am going to place a new investment move once that amount reaches $500. Currently Pollard Banknote Limited (PBL) is receiving media attention and it might not be a bad thing. But I am not that move by PBL. NEXT please. I can find better than PBL. But that's the best the Globe and Mail can do for you.

Welcome in my non-registered portfolio Goodfood Market Corp. (FOOD)

I was talking to my mom this evening when I dropped my cell phone and it seem like I broke it, I wasn't able to call her back. I am wishing she's not worrying too much, but I had warned her before . I could had runned to a payphone, but I didn't bother. This is actually not a bad thing as I wanted to buy a more modern cell phone for a little while now. I just had a little Nokia phone, which had a bad camera and no wireless or Internet access what so ever. I am just hoping that its not too difficult to call on a press screen kind of phone. From now on I will call her on speaker phone, that way I won't drop my cell while doing some stuff around in my apartment.

It look like a NAFTA deal had been signed and its quite a release. All this drama surrounding the NAFTA had put a lot of stress on the TSX and with this new deal, I hope that the TSX will gain some interesting points.

The sell of my RNX shares gave me a nice profit, but all that money had almost been spend as I bought a pair of ecco boots, some clothes and I am also soon going for a few days in New Brunswick so I will have to buy my bus tickets, and not to forget, a new cell phone...

My experience with RNX gave me the taste for a little bit of trading, which I like to call hit and run kind of sexy move. I bough some shares of Goodfood Market Corp. (FOOD) in the hope to sell soon, probably not for a big profit like RNX, but still, I thing there's place for a nice profit on this one, and maybe it will happen tomorrow, is the TSX gains, let say, 100, or why not 200 points.

I am all in for a 200 points gain tomorrow. Go go go TSX, you can do it. Just do it!

Thank you for the free cash Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX)

For now at least, Brian Gallant remain Prime Minister of New Brunswick. So this morning, I went to work as if it was an ordinary day. And of course, I have my eyes stuck on RNX at the market opening. I was unhappy to see it slide all the way down and at a point, that was it, I needed to follow the flow, and I sold all of my Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX) shares and made closed to 1k in profit in the process, which make me happy. This extra cash is more than welcome especially knowing that I am going away for a few days in New Brunswick.

Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX) on extraordinary gain

It's still a tight fight in New Brunswick between Liberal and Tories. I guess we'll know who's our Prime Minister only later on tonight. It's been quite a stressful day. I might not be able to go to work tomorrow if the Tories win. I am going to call in sick, cry until I have no tears left, get drunk, and... quietly watched Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX) hit hard on the $2 per share. RNX gains had been amazing today. I never saw a growth of 105.36% in one day for a stock. Inside my non-registered portfolio, RNX is at +161.79%. I am exceeding the $1 500 profit. In result, my non-registered is at $185 805.08. Wow wow wow.

My move on RNX a week ago wasn't a plan one, I was even feeling ashame to announced that I had invested in that penny stock... But I felt excited and I felt I was going somewhere... All this to say that you really know what to expect when you invest in a stock. It's like jumping into the void. However, usually speaking, when it comes to dividend stock that been around for a long time, we usually know what to expect.

I recently discovered that Derek Foster hold on to some Savaria Corporation (SIS) stocks, just like me. Recently SIS had increased its dividend by 17%. My dividend income is now at $8 737.16 (excluding RRSP).

There's a lot of good stuff going on on the TSX, but the non-NAFTA crisis situation remains and in result, everything seems to be fragile and its difficult.

Is there room for more gain for RNX?

My answer: yes, but I don't plan to hold on for a really long time. I may decide to sell at anything.

Garibaldi Resources Corp. vs Royal Nickel Corporation, in which Eric Sprott darling should you invest?

Super easy, the answer is Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX).

Tomorrow is an important day. It's the provincial elections in New Brunswick. Its too bad I cannot vote, even if its where I am coming from. Personally, I hope that the Liberal Party of Brian Gallant will win. It's going to be a tight run, but I hope that Liberal will win. And if they do, its probably going to be a minority government, unfortunately. I cannot believe that New Brunswick can be run by a leader that doesn't speak French. Of my adult life, let say for the last twenty years, I think that we had been lucky enough, but we always have Prime Minister who had to speak French in New Brunswick. It would be disrespectful for Acadians to be lead by someone who doesn't understand us. It would be both disrespectful and insulting. No square head (!!!) as Prime Minister of New Brunswick PLEASE.

The TSX closed Friday session at a good 16 200+ points. My non-registered portfolio closed the session at $184 721.15, my TFSA portfolio at $80 100.77, and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) at $39 921.55.

I am currently surfing on a good wave and my latest investment made a few days ago in Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX) was quite profitable. RNX gain 25.2% inside my non-registered portfolio. Over the years, I had invested in multiple stocks, and sells many among the way, even if I am mostly a buy-and-hold investor. I mostly invest for the long run. In the case of Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX), I wanted to do a quick buy and a quick sell to earn $$$, but I decided to hold for now, despite Friday big gains for Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX). I read somewhere that RNX could be a good sell at $3 so that's my number. I am in for a couple thousand profit. Feeling alive now? Hell yeah! ;-)

Australia is a country rich on gold. If some important amount had been found, chances are that we might be in for more gold when it comes to RNX. This is not the first time that I am investing in Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX). I had invested in RNX back in 2016. But this time, its the good one. I plan to hold for now. More juicy profit to come. Currently, my interest in TFI International Inc. (TFII), Cargojet Inc. (CJT) and Domtar Corporation (UFS) had faded away. I may still have a little something for CJT. I don't have any investment plan for now. RNX came to me... like a punch in the face, from nowhere, and it was totally unwanted. I always have my eyes on Eric Sprott. Not that I absolutely want to have his stocks in my portfolio, but I like the idea to make a few bucks on his back for once.

Methanex Corporation (MX) is making me proud. King of the TSX is MX

MX is about to pop up its highest value ever. I am just saying.

On this nice autumn evening, I receive a visit from a representative of Quebec Solidaire. Not to lose any of my precious time, I explain that I am a New Brunswicker, and that I won't vote for Quebec Solidaire party because they want Quebec province to become a country of its own. As you wish fuckers, but don't count on my vote. I didn't say that to the representative, which was a really young girl and is probably doing door-to-door shit work simply to impress Gabriel Nadeau-Dubois, co-leader of Quebec Solidaire party. I didn't even spit on her. I am pretty impressed by my civilize behavior while facing a traitor to Canada. It seems like political parties have access to the election list with our name and address!!%!! WTF. I will kill myself before betraying my country. I would spit in from of any men or women in an age of taking it, but certainly not a poor little girl with obviously no brain on her shoulders. I am actually the perfect example of what Canada can do for their citizens. Its possible to get your pretty hands on thousands of dollars without too much efforts right here in Canada, while investing a bunch on the TSX.

Currently, Quebec provincial elections are really difficult because all leaders suck. But this is Quebec province, so this comes with no real surprise. It seems like François Legault of the CAQ doesn't know that New Brunswick is the only province in Canad who's officially bilingual. What a piece of shit! But I am going to vote for him anyway, loser! Because I am proudly Canadian, I cannot in any way vote for Quebec Solidaire, or the Parti québéois because, like Quebec Solidaire, they want Quebec to become a country. I certainly cannot vote for the Liberal party because Philippe Couillard is a piece of shit of its own. He had 4 years to fix Quebec province and as far as I am concern, absolutely nothing has improved in Quebec. I am an Acadian pure blood descendant and I don't have a family doctor and I had been living in Quebec province for over 10 years. Is that suppose to be a normal situation? Abnormal situations are being considered quite normal in Quebec province. You need to be the hell of an idiot to trully believe that Quebec needs to become a country of its own in ordre to offer proper care and services to its population. I had a family doctor in New Brunswick, but here in Montreal, I never got one. I wouldn't have any confidence in a Quebecker doctor anyway. So it doesn't matter. I hold on to my stocks like a sexy wild dog and nothing else matter. Those Quebec elections  and those Quebeckers are certainly annoying.

Today wasn't a good day for pot stocks - it show how extremely volatile they are - and Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX), but I still have confidence that RNX will pay off. The 9 000 ounces of gold that been discovered worth over $10 million in US dollars. And there might be more to come so why not? Wanna play? Let's go. It was disappointing to see RNX going down today, but I had a feeling of an in deep excitement all day long like if I possibly could make money out of RNX.

Currently, I am mostly interest in investing in Domtar Corporation (UFS). Great Canadian stocks created good deal of $$$ for Canadians. But that, dumb voters for Quebec Solidaire cannot understand that. Got to live it to kill it.

Welcome in my non-registered portfolio Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX)!

Today wasn't the last day of the TSX and I am still alive and doing mostly well. I would like to be the very perfect and not to distracted at all by penny stock and Eric Sprott and others... But it's not the case. I had been a really bad girl today. However, I am mostly a very serious, always very honest under the skin of my blog anonymous nickname, mostly smart investor. I like blogging just to share my experience with investing. I am wasn't expecting what I did, but I did. It's already late so I am going to do straight to it: today, I had invested in Royal Nickel Corporation (RNX). I hope to do a quick hit and run on this one. If it doesn't work out, I will be stock with RNX in my portfolio.

I had been a really bad girl today, by investing in RNX, and not Domtar Corporation (UFS) like it been planned. However, no worries, by investment in RNX is a small one. I just wanted to feel alive again. I just hope I won't get my two hands stuck in shit instead. Bad bad girl.

Currently, I don't even have a hard crush on UFS, I mostly have hot flashes for Cargojet Inc. (CJT) like I really need this one in my portfolio. I felt exactly the same way when I discovered Park Lawn Corporation (PLC) on Stockopedia - and the rest is history, I made several hundred, if not thousands on PLC. PLC is my special WOW WOW WOW stock - and I have other too. But currently, CJT is the love of the moment and I have a crush.

Wish me good luck with RNX, this woman needs money.

And Cargojet Inc. (CJT), I promise a special place inside my non-registered portfolio soon. I promise.

A good news being that if I withdraw my RNX investment, my non-registered portfolio is at $183 700. Not too bad for a day that should be the last of the TSX.

Go go go ;-)

Will tomorrow be the last day of the TSX?

Donald Trump is hitting again and its create disturbance because I didn't move forward with my investment today. Donald Trump is driving me crazy. Watch out tomorrow, the TSX may drop in points because of new taxes in the US over China products. I am staying on hold for now. No new investment and I am hating "Donald" for it.

No other news for today, but my non-registered pop up to the 182k. Like everything is really possible. I am going to bed now even if I am feeling anxious. Curious may be actually be a better word maybe. Stay tune and hold on tight.

Getting closer to my next investment: Domtar Corporation (UFS)

A little while back, I bought a Bulova watch using my Airmiles points. My plan was to sell it to get a few hundred, but I finally decided to keep it. It's a $525 worth watch before taxes and the more I look at it, the more I like it and I am sooo a diamond girl. Yes, the diamonds on my Bulova watch are tiny small. My mom seems to be in need of a watch as the complaint about the one she has the one right now, so she's going to get my Guess watch, which is pretty and works really fine. It will be her gift for the hunting season, which should be a good one because the weather is getting colder in New Brunswick. I can't wait for the summer days to be gone for good. My birthday - August 27th, normally marks the end of the summer, and the beginning of the school year, a cooler weather, and autumn.

I just heard Eminem response to Machine Gun and his rap response is not really strong. It quite strange that an established rapper like Eminem response to a younger rapper. In many ways, Machine is way much sophisticated artist as he plays the guitar and drum. I just hope that Machine Gun won't ever let his daughter dress up like a prostitute like Eminem daughter for her prom. Personally, I never wear anything that shows off too much my body even I could be a Saint. Now, the next thing you know, Eminem is going to do exactly like the asshole of Marc Cohodes and reply to me on Twitter. May war be, especially with the Americans, but I am not the one who's going to die first. There're American like Marc Cohodes, Eminem, Serena Williams, and I am going to stop the list here who are really self-centered and crying babies when events don't play in their favors. I, on other hand, I am perfection. And I am so perfect that my next investment is going to blow your mind so just make sure to be ready.

Anyhow, this crazy fun let me escape the misery that I am with the no-NAFTA deal situation. My numbers are keeping up despite it all. I own it to a TSX over the 16 000 points. My non-registered portfolio closed Friday sessions at 181k, my TFSA at 80k and my RRPS stock only at 40k. And I received my pay on Friday so this girl has the $$$ to do whatever she wants. And that being to invest in something. Am I ready? Of yes! Its about time that I make my first investment as a 38 years old - am like so old now! But at least I now have a pretty diamond watch, and its all mine to keep. No selling on that one, that's for sure.

A few days ago, I had come out with three stocks on Stockopedia:

TFI International Inc. (TFII)
Cargojet Inc. (CJT)
Domtar Corporation (UFS)

Despite the current crisis client, those 3 stocks are doing fine and are trading almost on their highest value ever. Cargojet Inc. (CJT) could be a good replacement for my late Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) that I had to sell because of Marc Cohodes bad man short-selling one of my hot babies.

Now, the news is that I am going to invest in UFS. Yes, it pays its dividend in US dollars, but the dividend yield is appealing and this new investment is going to bring my dividend yield to an annual $8 754.18.

WARNING: My Aphria Inc. (APH) is a very dangerous pot stock

A few days ago, I saw on the Boulevard Saint-Laurent a Telsa car, and I find the car really stylish and the design was incredible, a real piece of art. The design is not ultra flashy like a Lamborghini car let say, but Telsa cars really have a soul of its own and its really interesting. I could have stayed on the sidewalk and kept staring at the car. It's just too bad that Elon Musk is behaving like a bad boy and making the stock value of his own company drop and going lower and lower because those Telsa cars are fascinating. The car was somewhere between blue and dark purple, a piece of art on wheels I am telling you.

The TSX is still on the 16 000 points, at least for now. I was scared to take a look at my numbers, but it's not too bad. My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 034.53, my non-registered portfolio at $80 383.59, and RRSP at $40 273.72. Not too long ago, I wrote a post concerning pot stocks, which are really popular right now on the TSX. If you want to really understand what I was trying to explain and check out of a real example of the volatility of pot stock, today was the day:

My Aphria Inc. (APH) lost 16.91% today, -$3.52
Canopy Growth Corporation (WEED) lost 13.62%, -$9.03
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB) lost 8.89%, -$0.81
HEXO Corp. (HEXO) lost 9.21%, -$0.76

Imagine if you had invested massively in pot stocks, you would be in deep trouble and facing thousands of dollars in losses. Currently, this is the situation with pot stock in Canada. And this is the perfect illustration that pot stocks are extremely volatile and it's really dangerous. Don't ever invest too much in pot stock. Currently, I hold on to Aphria Inc. (APH). Everything was going well, this sudden drop is hurting me of course, but not that much, my non-registered portfolio exceeds the 180k today. Below 180k, I am sad. Higher, I am

I had been listening to the French debate regarding the Quebec elections, and I have to say, Manon Massé had offered the best performance. Philippe Couillard had offered the worst performance and his hitting straight out - but that's my impression only. Manon Massé may have offered the best performance, I am honest enough to recognize that, but however, I won't vote for her. I am more of an extreme right when it comes to politic and I am probably going to vote for François Legault, CAQ. But Legault wasn't super great this evening. And Philippe Couillard was even worst.

Quebec province has a lot of richness, but it seems like bad management is in the genetic code of Quebeckers and I couldn't care less, but I will vote for François Legault. Couillard is of an extreme arrogance and seriously needs to be kicked out of there, so everyone need to go to vote, even New Brunswickers living in Quebec.

Its September 11th

It look like we are getting closer to a NAFTA deal after all. At this critical point, Brian Mulroney should stay out of the public scene. Its not the role of Brian Mulroney to share his ideas for the NAFTA, he's totally out of his place and only a real Quebecker moron can possibly act that way. Brian Mulroney is the picture perfect of the real Quebecker who's stupid and think of himself as being so important... But worst for all, seem like Brian Mulroney never had any botox injection because he's looking really old and tired. Brian Mulroney actually look like an old man who's suffering from dementia. Shut up Brian Mulroney.

On a more positive note, I had been asked again if I was a student at the grocery store. But this time is special because its the first time I had been asked since my 38th birthday. Angelic still, but it doesn't really matter anymore because I have a purpose, I had found the stock that's going to be my next investment (read my last post for more info).

And just in case you'll like to know, my non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 990.99, my TFSA at $80 580.26 and RRSP at $40 324.68. See, nothing can bring me down. Before you know it, my non-registered portfolio will be at 190k, my TFSA at 90k and my RRSP at 50k. So let's go my belove TSX, mommy knows you can do it and I love you really really much, so be kind to me.

Pot stocks: a golden opportunity or a save ticket for failure?

Its hard to move forward without any NAFTA deal, but things could be worst. In the meantime, I am glad that Machine Gun Kelly came along with his Rape Devil song, because it's so so good. And under that tattooed skin, there's something really appealing about that Machine Gun Kelly, something that might have to do with his Scandinave look maybe.

That song alone is way better than most songs Eminem release, maybe at the exception of Last Kings. Eminem is like Xavier Dolan and his The Death and Life of John F. Donovan: in different ways and for different reasons, both men lost themselves in their comfort and their talent is all rare, lazy and confuses now. Just like for 50 cents, Dr Dre, Snoop Dogg, when was the last time they actually release something as refreshing as Machine Gun Kelly?

What's the link anyway between pot stock and Machine Gun Kelly? POT.

lol

My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 286.03, my TFSA portfolio at $80 103.07, my RRSP portfolio at $40 462.99, and my US portfolio at $3 321.99. My margin usage is down to $98 430.56, but the best thing is, I finally found my next investment! Yeah! It took me sometime because I am really looking forward to invest in a diamond that will make me shine like crazy. And it's not a pot stock.

If you are in to get on some real stress on the back of dope stock, you can always go with my Aphria Inc. (APH), but otherwise, my ready for a wild ride, and no dividend at all, since I don't no any pot stock who are actually paying a dividend. Knowing that, it's quite surprising that Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF (HMMJ) is paying a dividend yield close to 4%. That I don't understand. Pot stocks are too volatile and unpredictable to represent a really important part of a portfolio. Take a quick little drip just like if you'll be smoking it, but not much more, or you'll get burn and you'll get stuck with some loser pot stocks. There's nothing more frustrating than getting stuck with a stock that only makes you lose money. And the problem with pot stock is that it can happen whenever.

Pot stocks might seem really appealing right now and tempting, but it's much more important to create value for the long run. I have other things to do than worrying for my stocks all day long.

So want to know the name of my next investment coming from this list?

Its TFI International Inc. (TFII).
And my second choice:
Cargojet Inc. (CJT)
Third choice:
Domtar Corporation (UFS)

I decided to ignore for now any REIT stocks or any stocks involved directly in finance. I also avoid stocks who pay their dividend in US dollars since I will be investing in my non-registered portfolio. I think TFII is MY GOLDEN OPPORTUNITY so got to catch it FAST. NOW.

And you can always invest also in CJT and UFS if you have a lot of $$$.

Investors, this is your lucky day. How does it feel to get in the really best investment picks and all for FREE down to your throat?

Two of my top performers of the moment: Aphria Inc. (APH) and Savaria Corporation (SIS)

Yesterday was real too hot in Montreal and it destroyed all my efforts to live on as little as possible. I felt the urge for beers and some ice cream of course. I am such a bad bad girl, but the beer was good and the ice cream was quite yummy just in case you are wondering. I didn't sleep well at all. And in result, instead of buying one coffee only - like I suppose too, I bought 2. Hot heat is such a budget killer, it's not even funny. But the really hot days are now behind us and I couldn't be more happier. I hated this summer.

We don't have any NAFTA deal yet, but my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) is now at its highest value ever: $40 698.47. My TFSA portfolio is exceeding the 80k, I am now at $80 110.777. Since the TSX close under the 16 500 points, its just really normal that my non-registered portfolio closed behind, at $180 942.40, since most my money is being invested in my non-registered portfolio.

For now two days in a row, Savaria Corporation (SIS) had closed the session on its highest value ever, and in result, SIS had generated a lot of $$$ for my portfolio. I was bright enough to add SIS in my 3 stocks portfolio: non-registered, TFSA AND RRSP portfolios... WOW WOW WOW.

I had wait for this moment for a really long time, but my APH stocks are finally seriously gaining some values. It look like the single pot stock that I own, Aphria Inc. (APH) might be after all the best of the pot stocks. Just like Savaria Corporation (SIS), APH is now exceeding the $20 value per stock.

Stockopedia to the rescue: brand new investment ideas you won't be able to resist for September

The month of September is not starting on the right foot, but it was kind of expecting. Donald Trump might have taught for a second that Canada was going to sign whatever deal in a hurry because we are scared of being kick out of the NAFTA and of his stupid too short deadline, but it's not quite happening like planned isn't? The US traitors made a huge mistake by choosing to negotiate at first with a third world country where salaries are low, criminality on the rise... And what about the border problems between US and Mexico? That doesn't exist anymore? And what about the wall? Did Donald Trump forget about it?

We are not like Mexico a poor miserable country and we deserve much more respect. Canada creates richness for its citizen, with the best stock market of the wold; it's not the case for Mexicans. This misconduct of the US toward us lead directly to some more serious problems for the US in the long run because more and more Canadians will buy less and less products coming from the US. I had personally done so for the past couple weeks and its easier than you may think to buy Canadian. Currently, I am in search to find out if any anti-virus software is made in Canada, as I am currently using Norton on my computer. Remember: what you buy, in your everyday life just like on the stock market define who you are as an individual. Just got to decide if you want to be an asshole or a decent person.

I am scared about the dairy concessions we'll have to make in order to get on the NAFTA deal. I am not willing to drink any milk coming from the USA, that would be poison to my soul. It's up to each country to feed up their people from the hard work of their home farmers. If US farmers have financial difficulties, its because there're unsolved problems somewhere that hadn't been resolved. With millions and millions of mouth that need to be feed, and with a population that is much more important than Canada, it's quite strange that US farmers are experiencing difficulties. That's certainly not the fault of Canada. We shouldn't be taking advantage of. Fair trade, or no trade at all. I would like to know much the NAFTA negotiations had cost us so far. It might be several million, which is a shame, and it may drive us to no deal at all. And the next thing that could happen is a big points drop off for the TSX. I am ready for whatever will happen.

Currently, my portfolio is taking the hit, but quite gracefully. In your face Donald Trump. My non-registered portfolio closed this past Friday session at $180 280.45, my TFSA portfolio is just under the 80k, at $79 745.96, and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) is exceeding the 40k, at $40 175.75. I really wanted to place a new investment before my 38th birthday, but I was on a too short notice and got squeeze in by my vacation week. Also, NAFTA insecurities are making hard on the market. It's not fun to invest under these conditions.

Long weekends are always nice and this one is no exemption. It's always a good time for one of my favorite fun stuff: check out for new investments on Stockopedia. I often post about new investment ideas, but lately, this list is getting better, with a mix of stocks that I wrote about before and new ones as well...

Want to take a look? There you go:

Colliers International Group Inc. Subordinate Voting Shares (CIGI)
Mitel Networks Corporation (MNW)
FirstService Corporation Subordinate Voting Shares (FSV)

I underline in yellow my favorites for now.

What am I looking for? It's quite simple and it's always the same thing. A chart going all the way up and with not too much disturbances of the mark of volatility, mostly dividend payer stock - but if I have a perfect chart like the one of Cymbria Corporation (CYB), I am ready to sacrifice the dividend income part. I am also looking for stocks that exceed their value of before 2008 stock crash.

This is a first fish catch. I have to go through all of those stocks and pick the one that will be my next investment. I will try to avoid any new REIT or anything in finance.

Deal or no NAFTA deal on the way

I cannot access to my broker account, but I just hope that my TFSA portfolio is still exceeding the 80k value. I can however give you my new annual dividend income (excluding RRSP) is now at a good $8 687.01

My first week as a 38 years old is about to be quite an important one, as a NAFTA deal might be on its way... Donald Trump need to come forward with a deal to impress American electors and show it off, and Canadians are in need of a NAFTA deal because we had now been waiting for a really long time.

In my case, and I hope you are all doing the same, I am extra careful at buying exclusively products that been manufactured or are being sell by a Canadian business. And its quite easy to buy product made in Canada, from toilet paper, soap, makeup, etc. Its now a necessity to buy Canadian. If we don't buy products made or own by a Canadian company, who will buy them? We should be the first buyers on top of the list. I will never buy milk made in the US. And I promise not to ever again buy any alcohol made in the USA, or to buy anything cultural coming from the USA. I also promise not to ever buy any makeup products made or coming from a US brand. Never ever again. This last one is a big commitment coming from me, but I am ready, as Donald Trump push it too hard and had been to mean to the good Canadians. Marcelle is a Canadian brand and I already use many of their products and I really like them. I also like Lise Watier eyeliner and palettes. And fact is, I already own many makeup products - no need to buy anything new for a little while...

For multiple reasons, this summer had been quite an expensive one. The one main reason being that this summer had been very hot, with many weeks of extreme weather. I had been living in Montreal for more than 10 years now and I never had suffered this much from heat waves. Usually, extreme weather last one, two-three days max in a row. But this summer was totally different. It make it difficult to fix any meal and to just do normal things. I sometimes bought 2-3 coffees just to stay awake. I also had two weeks vacation + one stay in Montreal Bonaventure Hotel. I had enjoyed myself, drank, eat out, did everything. I just came back this past Sunday from my last vacation. My next one will be in October, right on time for the hunting season, yes Sir.

During my last vacation week, I made another commitment to myself and that being to spend less. I mentally prepare quietly during that week and when I came back on Monday, I was in business. I was READY. It might sound like its nothing, but cutting living expenses the way I do it require a good spirit. And when I say cutting living expenses, its REALLY pushing it to the possible lowest, BUT while still keeping the essential on. This is what I am currently on:
-I can buy one coffee per day on weekdays, but not more than one.
-I bought the grocery I need for one week. Afterward, I can't buy any more food. And I cannot buy any alcohol (but I still have a bottle of Cuban Legendario left, thank God!). And I cannot eat out (!!!).
-I cannot spend money other than on the real basic essentials.
-I cannot buy anymore makeup or hair products... (this is hard!). And I cannot buy clothes (this is medium hard).
-I cannot buy anything new for my apartment (and I had been looking at the new Ikea catalogue...)

Its difficult, but its needed in my case and this is how I use to save money in my old days. I expect to save $1 600 per month this way, and this amount doesn't even include my dividend income, so why not. Its now my third day on this financial diet and so far, I had respected the plan and I am all proud of myself.

Your determination is the only took that will help save money among the way. I decided to give it this push for several reasons: to increase the amount of money save (I would like to permanently have a 5k in my saving account, at least), to maybe finally move and live in a bigger apartment, to place new investments and - maybe - lower the usage of my margin account.

Its my birthday!

Its finally THE day that we had all been waiting for. I had turned 38 and the world will never be the same. On this beautiful day, my non-registered portfolio closed today session at $181 960.77, my TFSA portfolio at $80 262.60 and my RRSP portfolio at $39 958.05. For the first time ever, my TFSA portfolio now exceed the 80k value. For my RRSP portfolio, stocks only, I am almost at 40k. Currently, my net worth is around $233 528. But just watch out when PBH will reach the $150 per share, its doing to be nice and sweet and we'll find out if I can handle that much love

Me and my margin account

I purchased a brand new purse from Amazon and it arrived today. It look exactly as the picture so if it happen by any chance that you see a hot chick in Montreal holding on tight to that purse, it might be your lucky day, and I could be the Dividend Girl. Or maybe not. But please, try to control yourself at least and don't start screaming at me because I hate you as much as you hate me. There's just no way to know for sure. I like those kind of big purses and I had problem to find any in Montreal at a good price. I like the Lole purse, but they are super expensive and I don't practice yoga.

I received some new PPL shares - resulting from the DRIP, and in result my dividend income is at $8 665.85. My RRSP dividend income is currently at $1 221.78, for a big total of $9 887.63. And knowing this amount exceed the interest of my margin, and because I declare my interest rate, my margin situation don't really bother me but at this point of my journey - this poor girl just don't know what to invest in anymore. Not that my portfolio is complete and close, but at the time being, its currently my situation. And only God knows that yes, I had tried really hard to find new stocks to invest in. And I had find some. But when came time to invest, I didn't place my move. I am just willing to let things as they are right now. And in result, my money is just going to decrease the usage of my margin. With tomorrow paycheque, its $2 186 that I will have to decrease my margin (I already put previously a $850). This will reduce my margin account to $98 035.74. Still high, but under the 100k at least.

I understand the concern of this reader and I am certainly not here to promote investing using a margin account, but its just the way it had been to me. I had been on a margin for many years now, I know what I have to do in order to keep it safe. No situation is totally safe but me and my margin, its a perfect match. It take a bitch to handle another one.

My dividend income is of $9 887.63.
Interest on my margin: $4 902.885 - and I deduct it on my tax declaration.

I don't feel any disconfort, if it not that I don't have the vibes to invest in something right now, but at least I have a brand new purse now - birthday gift to the bitch from the bitch. Remember the date: August 27. Just 11 days to go sexy count down.

No new investment on National Acadian Day

Today was National Acadian Day, but for Acadian investors, today wasn't especially a great day on the TSX so I quietly stay in my rabbit hole and I didn't place any new investments. Believe it or not, I just put some money to pay down my margin account!!! For a reason or another, suddenly today, as the TSX was going near under the 16k mark, no investment seem to worth it. And I felt confused. This is supposed to be my special time, but things are not exactly working super great. I guess, for now, paying down my margin will just do the thing.

New investment ideas on the go

I am going away on vacation - yes again - soon, so don't worry if you don't hear from me for a couple days in a row. Only 13 days left before my birthday. And I am desperately searching over some stocks to invest. I am sometimes slow, but good news: I had found some! This could be a really bad timing to invest in stocks right now. You have to be sure of yourself. Personally, it's just a matter of birthday and I just want to be on the $9 000 in dividend income (excluding like always the ones I earn inside my RRSP). Some I stocks recently announced an increase of their dividend distribution: Sienna Senior Living Inc. (SIA), Jamieson Wellness Inc. (JWEL), and CAE Inc. (CAE). I also earned extra dividend with the DRIP on Bank of Nova Scotia (BNS), Enbridge Income Fund Holdings Inc. (ENF), Pembina Pipeline Corporation (PPL) and Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH).

With my current plan, my dividend income will reach near the annual $9 000.

Derek Foster recently announced that he made a new investment in Chartwell Retirement Residences (CSH.UN), but personally, I am not amazed by this stock. It's not an investment on which you can expect really awesome capital gain. I want dividend, yes, but I also want to hit on some value with each and single stocks I hold. But I don't feel it when it comes to CSH.UN. It's a big no-no for me. However, I was considering investing in that one until this evening. I already another senior care stocks, Sienna Senior Living Inc. (SIA), and it haven't performed extraordinary well so I am passing on CSH.UN.

I am looking forward to invest in:
Summit Industrial Income REIT (SMU.UN) - found recently on Stockopedia.
Rogers Communications Inc. Class B Non-voting Shares (RCI.B) - this one was on my stock watch list for a little while.
Brookfield Infrastructure Partners L.P. (BIP.UN) - I already have this one inside my TFSA and its performing well. With the recent news of ECI acquisition, I really not against having BIP.UN in my non-registered portfolio.

Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH) is the hot stock of the TSX

Its been quite a shocking and sad couple last days for New Brunswickers. Despite the heavy among of hunters, who all have many guns in their home, I don't recall any violence or incidence what so ever in my hometown. And its quite a miracle nothing happens so far. I don't quite understand what happened in Fredericton, but one thing for sure, the man killed those two police officers so the victims wouldn't be able to survive and so no one could help save their lives. He didn't want anyone to intervene and save them. He wanted them dead. I think it was a love affair that turns wrong, a passionate crime, but that's just my impressions. Those two police officers who lost their life look like very good people and its a shame.

Life goes on and that means for me that I am - again - in search of a new investment. I guess that I can say that my latest investment in Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (GRT.UN) was quite good. I forgot to mention that I found GRT.UN on Stockopedia. Currently, my annual dividend income is at $8 650.26 - I just got a new BNS share coming from a DRIP. August is a good month since I am expecting two other paycheques and that is leaving me with a good 4k to invest. And guess what, I have no idea on what to do with that money.

As you might know, I am turning 38 at the end of the month. I don't need any Botox injections at this time, but while having money that has no purposes, I was thinking about getting filler for my lips - not to get the x rated overlook, but just a little more bumps into those lips. Its kind of weird, but 20 years ago, I was celebrating my 18 birthday??!!! Getting older is weird. I sincerely thank God for my young genetic, and no need for butt filler or breast enhancement. I have a very sweet, angelic innofensive look and filler lips could help to kill it all. Everyone needs a little enhancement. Getting fillers, however, is not cheap and it could cost something like 4k. I need to put in the active contribution of my readers. Just give me everything you got, no question to be asked and thank you. All I can say, I have enough of the summer, and I truly don't care about getting those fillers so you can keep your money, at least for now.

Party is on for the love of my life that make me look hot Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH). Things are looking bright. PBH gains 4.18% today. Recent results are good and I can easily expect more gain for PBH tomorrow. The overall situation is quite good at this time, but it could be even better. The TSX is just not where it should be and Donald Trump is driving the world crazy. Currently, he's getting on my nerves as much as Marc Cohodes does.

Right now, Summit Industrial Income REIT (SMU.UN) catch my interest. I like the industrial sector and industrial REIT is quite interesting. I may invest in SMU.UN, but there won't be any lip fillers.

Welcome in my TFSA portfolio Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (GRT.UN)

Sometimes, by belove TSX only need a few cheerful encouragements coming from its real favorite investor - and that being me - to move forward and break down all expectations. And that being a big I don't care attitude to Saudi Arabia and their Muslims, and in response, my TSX did what it does best. That's right, the world best index gains  100 points today. Will tomorrow be another successful day? I don't know, not that I don't care, but I cherish good days on the TSX like if it would be the last good one.

Currently, I am not on top of what I can possibly have with my portfolio. It's frustrating to see PBH trading under the old top $122 per share. It was crazy. For a little while, I had almost to buy back the house I grew up in New Brunswick. I wouldn't buy it, but events like that make you think. Like do I really earn the presence of my fabulous PBH inside my non-registered portfolio to Jean-François Tardif? That man obsesses me because he cannot do anything good now with the fund that he manages.

Today, Canadian Tire Corporation Limited Class A Non-Voting Shares (CTC.A) kind of remind me of my what happen to my PBH - going from $122 per share to $100. Fortunately, I do not hold any Canadian Tire Corporation Limited Class A Non-Voting Shares (CTC.A) inside my portfolio. Today alone, CTC.A lost $14.32, 7.85%. Such events hurt hard, especially when you had been holding the stock for a long time in your portfolio. At a point, you get use to be at a certain value. And when that value go down, its not fun game. The advantage of being an investor, rather than being a short-seller like Marc Cohodes, its that you creat value overtime, on the back of strong assets. The realization and the excellence of the stocks you hold transcend in yours, because you hold all those really good stocks in your portfolio. Since I had been holding PBH for a really long time on my portfolio, fact that the stock lost a couple dollars per share is not hurting that much. I bought PBH at around $19 per share... a long time ago. But of course, I prefer PBH to be on the $122 value. Patience is sometimes needed.

Currently, my non-registered portfolio closed the day at $181 972.62, TFSA at $79 355.69, and RRSP $39 582.09 (stocks only). My non-registered portfolio has all it take to go on the 190k without further help. But like sais before, sometimes, patience is needed.

This latest investment I made today in Granite Real Estate Investment Trust (GRT.UN) wasn't a major one in term of money invested, but its a great investment. In result, my dividend income (excluding RRSP), is of annual $8 644.73.

Saudi Arabia taking back their dirty money off the TSX. No to Saudi Arabia

Each new day brings something different on the stock market, bad, good news, ups and downs. Yesterday wasn't especially a good day. But we learn why today: one investment firm from Saudi Arabia had massively sold its Canadian assets. Justin Trudeau is such a weak leader that he had come out to say that Saudi Arabia had made improvement in term of human rights... Can anyone name me those improvements? Women of Saudi Arabia can now drive a car. Should we get so easily impress? Saudi Arabia is a living hell for women. Justin Trudeau is a pitty and a shame for Canadians. I never hate a Canadian leader as much as Justin Trudeau. And I not a fan of Brian Mulroney. All of those Quebeckers are extremely incompetant. Never ever put your trust and confidence in a Quebecker. Justin Trudeau and Brian Mulroney are no exceptions to the rule. Jean-François Tardif and his badly manage JFT Strategies Fund (JFS.UN) is another example of bad Quebec leadership. How many do you need to understand my point? Just let me know.

In face of our newest ennemies, we need to remain strong. Its quite a wrong move of Brian Mulroney to openly give his opinion on NAFTA. The USA are watching our every moves. And Brian Mulroney is not doing any good by publicly declaring that we should banish demand management. Now more than ever, its time to protect our economy. Its not time to be weak and do everything that is asking Donald Trump. Brian Mulroney is only an old man and he should stay away from the political scene.

Pesonaly, I am in favor of a pure market place, even if the stock market is no heaven. I don't want Muslim dirty unpure Saudi Arabia money over my TSX. A fuck up country like Saudi Arabia should not be involved with Bay Street, and I personally don't care if the TSX has to down because of it, so we can earn back our party and legendary elegance. If there's one place on earth you want to be, that's in Canada, and the TSX being the most valuable and stable market, it's easy to invest and make money here in Canada. I didn't have much when I started this blogs 11 years ago and now I have much more than I ever imagined. $232 609.15 is not exactly of a really rich net worth, but you'll be surprised of how many people in Canada has much less than that in net worth, all for different kind of reasons. And there are also, of course, many people who have much much more.

All those immigrants entering illegally in Canada ar looking to have what we have. They want a happy life, they want to benefit from our health care, they want our jobs, they want to benefit from our wellness. The TSX is for the self-glorification of Canadians, not for Muslims coming from Saudi Arabia. Its a shame to be Muslim, and its a shame that Saudi Arabia even exists as a country. I am against the presence of Muslims in Canada, I am againts Saudi Arabia and I am against the presnec of illegal immigrants in Canada.

That I hold $230 000, $200 000, or $250 000 in net worth, it doesn't really change anything for me. Even if I had a $300 000 in net worth, my life would be the same. Currently, my non-registered portfolio is at $181 283.51, down of $1 920.76 compared to August 3rd. However, good news in the dark, my TFSA portfolio is up to $79 027.62 (+$202.50), and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only), at $39 518.30 (+$163.04). Even my USA stocks portfolio is up to $3 201.91 USD (+$4.24, yeah!). Go go go!

There's always some good stuff going on any way on the TSX. And its way more than I can handle. I currently have $580.90 cash inside my TFSA portfolio, but guess what, I have problem to find my next investment. Whenever I have a $500+, I like to see it invested in a stock or another. Money that  is not invest is a waste of time AND money.

GRT.UN could be a good fit. I need: a dividend payer and a good TSX player.

Luxury of the luxurious cars: hello convertible Rolls-Royce

It was another hot day in Montreal, but I decided to go downtown anyway. I saw a car that left me breathless: a convertible Rolls-Royce. I didn't know that such a car existed. I knew and saw before Rolls-Royce, but not a convertible one, and it's quite spectacular. There were 3 kids in the back, a man was driving, with a Mexican look, and there was a blond woman with him on the front. And not only that, the license plate was coming from... Texas. Can you imagine doing the trip Texas-Montreal? It's quite a long road trip, even on a convertible Rolls-Royce. That Texan Amercian family is crazy AND rich. Personally, I wouldn't like to go on a long trip like that. And I wouldn't take a luxurious car to such long road. It takes an awesome American asshole to pollute all the way up from Texas to Montreal, it's a real shame. Hello morons!

A couple of my stocks had registered some interesting gains lately: Methanex Corporation (MX), Parkland Fuel Corp (PKI) and, finally!!!, Nutrien Ltd. (NTR), I was under the impression that my net worth was now in the $235 000 value, but I was wrong. I am currently on a $232 609.15 net worth. I am usually pretty good at guessing my numbers, but not this time. It's just that my birthday is coming in a hurry and I was really hoping to at least make it to the 240k. Its still possible, since my birthday is only on August 27, still 22 days to go, and anything can happen.

This heavy heat wave makes it difficult on everything. It's difficult to just do the normal things. I really have to push myself just to do the basics. However, I took care of the daily everything today and to reward myself I went to see the latest Tom Cruise Mission Impossible at the IMAX. I was quite spectacular, but I was feeling hot even inside the theater and I find the seat quite uncomfortable for the price. I won't go to the movies again for a little while, that's for sure.

I made a nice discovery on Stockopedia:
Unisync Corp. (UNI)

I already knew these stocks, but I also have an interest:
TFI International Inc. (TFII)
Agellan Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (ACR.UN)
Mainstreet Equity Corp. (MEQ)

Currently, I have a crush on Unisync Corp. (UNI). I like this kind of very well-managed business in a so boring kind of field, just like my world famous SIS (elevator business my goshhhhhh). This is what I like and that I target. UNI shares are still quite cheap. But the company doesn't pay any dividend distribution at this time. So thank you, Stockopedia once again for the good services provided. In not too long, I will have my own convertible Rolls-Royce :-)

Other than that, I would really like to buy a new purse but I am kind of broke at this time. I need to save it all to invest.

No investment plan and Stockopedia is of no help (so far)

I am not currently at my super best - or at the best that I could be. It can be frustrating. The TSX is not stable enough to make me shine. My non-registered portfolio closed today session at $180 919.52, my TFSA at $78 321.60, and my RRSP portfolio at $39 158.322. My situation is stable for now. And surprise surprise, I am experiencing a gain of 2.37% on Nutrien Ltd (NTR). I can at least be happy with the fact that my TFSA and RRSP portfolio exceed the value of my latest portfolio update, which was back on June 20.

If you are interested, Susan Brunner had posted a review on my super Premium Brands Holdings Corporation (PBH)! Its a postive review, in my sense. PBH is not among the most top stock of the moment, but chances are that it will generate more grow later on. Like I really miss that old $120+ value per share. I had been on top of the world for a little while, and I will be again soon.

I had been checking on Stockopedia for a new investment, but I didn't find anything exciting yet. I decided to use my upcoming paycheck to pay down my margin account. Not that its something that really matter to me. I find it quite over boring not to have my mind set on my next investment. The heat is not helping. I spent my evening at the gym, which is quite as boring as not having a next investment plan.

I don't enjoy the hot weather and I really have enough of it.

Watch out, my Toromont Industries Ltd. (TIH) shares are buring on the TSX

I came back last Sunday from my one week vacation in Cap-Pelé in New Brunswick. I had a really nice week and came back with the most gorgeous caramel tan ever. Cap-Pelé is a nice spot to spend your vacation for different reasons: its in New Brunswick, the best place in the world, there's the sea and you can swim in it!, you can eat lobster and seafood, Cap-Pelé is close to Prince-Edward Island and Fundy Bay (provincial park in New Brunswick), Cap-Pelé is also close to Moncton, if you feel like shopping, AND Parlee Beach - probably the hottest spot to get see, even with your old folks. Personally, one week of being a beach bum is enough to satisfy me. Lobster is not cheap you know.

And the fact is, I came back to Montreal right on time to see the Beach Boys concert on Monday evening! I was exhausted from my trip, and the weather was super hot, not I didn't really care. I had to see the Beach Boys, even if its an American band. I found the Beach Boys quite charming and really sweet. They seem all happy to be there on stage, even if this might be the thousand time they were performing... They still have good voices. Like Diana Ross, the Beach Boys sound the same as they were in their younger years. It was quite an experience to have the chance to see the Beach Boys. I think that my mom and her friends at home might be jealous of me... lol Actually, I had to receive something good for coming back to Montreal. I am the one who had to come back to the shit hole and I am the one who had to deal with Quebeckers. I took some cool videos of the Beach Boys, I will download them soon. And I also have nice pictures of Cap-Pelé to show off like the Queen that I am.

I had been able to pay off my little escapade at the Hotel Bonaventure Montreal and my vacation in Cap-Pelé quite easily and I even have the usual 2k left in my bank account. This could be a good time for a new investment, especially knowing that this could be my last investment as a 37-year-old. I don't care about celebrating my 38 birthday - as long as I don't look like it. Some women my age look needs age, or even worst, look older.

To beat the heat in Montreal, I had discovered a register good beer: Red Strip. Its a beer made in Jamaica and it's really good. Its available at the SAQ. With this hot messy weather, a good Cuban Cristal Beer would be awesome, but I don't think they sell any here in Quebec. Got to go to Cuba. There's no better way to beat the heat than drinking a nice light beer.

My portfolio is not doing too bad. My non-registered portfolio close Friday session at $181 723.74, my TFSA at $77 905.05, RRSP at $38 990.16. My non-registered portfolio has everything it need to hit on the 185k quite easily, and some good stuff is going on. I am confident that  Aecon Group Inc. (ARE) will registered some gains sooner or later.  In the meantime, Toromont Industries Ltd. (TIH) decided to burn and quickly gain over 7%. I wasn't expecting less coming from this baby who had turned into a glorious dog and TIH is currently the proud of my portfolio so watch out.

So let's go sexy Toromont, show me what you got really deep inside. Please your hot mommy.

Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) still has a place in my heart, but does it belong still to my very good portfolio?

It was quite scary today when I stepped outside work. There was that big heavy dark smoke coming out from a building downtown Montreal. It was clearly coming from the right top of the roof. A strange way to start the weekend. I am just posting a quick little something because its going to be my last post for a little while and that's because I am leaving Montreal for a little while.

My non-registered portfolio closed today the session at $186 166.20, my TFSA portfolio at $77 650.70, and my RRSP (Stocks only) at $39 660.85 (its getting real close to the 40k). Everything seem to be just doing all right, at least for now. PBH is doing everything it can to keep me happy. Why not a $114 per share, PLEASE.

My non-registered portfolio is currently exceeding my "old" highest value ever. And during that time, the poor Queen has to drink tea with Donald Trump and Melania. I am just wondering if she's going to wear a Good Save the Queen t-shirt this time. Its now official, my favorite store, La Baie won't sell anymore Ivanka Trump clothes, which is a good thing knowing how difficult his father is with Canadians. However, its a bit sad because despite it all I really like Ivanka Trump clothes. I still have a few items of her line in my wardrobe, including a winter coat.

Believe it or not, its going to be super easy to get on the $240 000 net worth for the simple reason that a $232k net worth is just not enough. I would had like this to happen while having Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) in my portfolio, but because of Marc Cohodes. And lately I had been thinking, did I really let a miserable American lead my move and had the last word on me?

How is doing EIF now? Not too bad. Dividend is stable, but EIF trade value is lower than what it had been before Marc Cohodes attacked Exchange Income Corporation (EIF). Personally, I think EIF had value to move higher, but because of that bad man, EIF has problem to go to where it belong.

Americans are now well known for being kind of dumb people. They shouldn't have any negative impacts in any way on any stocks trading on the TSX. What Marc Cohodes did to Exchange Income Corporation (EIF) is beyond the imagination. Its terrible. And its like no one really care about what happen.

And one day, in a way or another, Marc Cohodes will pay.

This is how I am going to my vacations, fresh to the bones. Don't miss me too much because I won't.

Are you ready to win big on Savaria Corporation (SIS)? I know I am!

Summer is passing fast, but fortunately, there's still some of it left ahead, and it's exactly why you don't hear much of me these days. I am trying to lose weight before hitting on my vacation and getting hot on booze. ant to show me that I am perfect the way I am so thank you I am like the sexiest camel, but everything I need inside of me, and that include the best stocks. I currently have one of them, Savaria Corporation (SIS) which is holding on to a big secret. I am always checking on my very precious stocks and I am all on the TSX. All of my body is on it and I cannot afford for it go down. Currently, things are not too bad. Everything is working my way. Investors need to remain confident that we are sitting on gold. After all, we are in Canada. We should only care for ourselves. The TSX, that's only what really matters. But some people have a different way of thinking.

Gordon Pape is such an incompetent. The old man might be getting closer to Alzheimer disease because in time of distress, it's not exactly the good timing to scream, let me repeat his stupid words "Trump is not a bluffer on trade and that’s not the only thing investors should be worried about". Let's all panic and sell our investments, is that right? Donald Trump is impossible, bad mad man. You need to be an addict to the stock market to be investing in stocks these days. I am an addict and I am really really sick. When it comes to investment, many big jerks come among, saying whatever whenever and Gordon Pape is definitively one of those losers. I couldn't care less about him and what he has to say. I do not value his opinion.

Right now, I only want to know that I am investing in the best stock market on earth and that the best investor on the planet. The rest, Trump, getting worried, I just don't need that.

I am still sitting on about the same $232 000 net worth. No  NAFTA deal yet, but that doesn't stop my TSX to be successful. My non-registered portfolio is at $184 753.53, my TFSA at $77 429.93 and my RRSP portfolio (stocks only) closed today session at $39 299.82.

If only my PBH shares could obey me and hit its old $120 per share, mommy would be in heaven and I could really easily hit on the $240 000 net worth right on time for my 38th birthday. Remember the date? That's being August 27th. This is an important date. As long as time doesn't do its dirty job on me, I have no problem with getting older.

After all, this, my secret is Savaria Corporation (SIS). SIS had been but on halt but I cannot hit big on this one. Go go go SIS and make rich and richer and richer.

Thank you
